Refund & Return Policy
We accept returns only if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, and the issue is reported within 2 working days of delivery. The item must be unused and in its original condition with packaging intact. Returns are not accepted for change of mind, minor color differences due to screen variations, or normal wear and tear.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please email us at districtmagnet@gmail.com with your order number, clear photos or videos of the issue, and preferably an unboxing video for faster resolution. Once verified, we will offer either a replacement or a full refund.
After approval, we will guide you through the return process. Reverse pickup will be arranged where available; otherwise, you may need to self-ship the product. Return shipping costs are covered by us only in cases of damaged or incorrect items.
Refunds are processed after the returned item is received and inspected. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Customized or made-to-order products and items purchased during clearance or special sales (if specified) are not eligible for return. Orders can only be canceled before they are shipped; once shipped, cancellations are not allowed.

Shipping
At Magnet District, we aim to deliver your order safely and as quickly as possible. All orders are processed within 7 days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or public holidays. In case of high demand or unforeseen delays, processing times may be slightly extended, but we will keep you informed.
Once shipped, orders are typically delivered within 3–7 business days, depending on your location and courier partner availability. Please note that these are estimated timelines and not guaranteed delivery dates.
Shipping charges, if applicable, are calculated and displayed at checkout. We may also offer free shipping on selected products or during promotional offers.
After your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS or email, allowing you to track your shipment in real time.
While we strive for timely delivery, delays may occur due to courier issues, weather conditions, high order volumes, or incorrect/incomplete shipping details. Magnet District is not liable for delays caused by third-party courier services, but we will always assist you in tracking your order.
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. If delivery fails due to an incorrect address or recipient unavailability, re-delivery charges may apply. Any eligible refunds in such cases may be adjusted after deducting shipping costs.
If your package arrives damaged, we recommend not accepting it if visibly tampered (where possible), recording an unboxing video, and contacting us within 7 days at districtmagnet@gmail.com with proof. We will assist you with a replacement or resolution.
