Refund & Return Policy – Magnet District
1. Returns Eligibility
We accept returns only under the following conditions:
- The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect
- The issue is reported within 2 working days of delivery
- The product is unused and in its original condition and packaging
⚠️ We do not accept returns for:
- Change of mind
- Minor color variations due to screen differences
- Normal wear and tear
2. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:
Please email us at districtmagnet@gmail.com with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos/videos of the issue
- Unboxing video (highly recommended for faster resolution)
Once verified, we will offer:
- A replacement, or
- A full refund
3. Return Process
- Once your request is approved, we will guide you through the return process
- Reverse pickup will be arranged where available
- If reverse pickup is not available, you may be required to self-ship the product
Return shipping costs:
- Covered by us for damaged/incorrect items
- Otherwise, borne by the customer (if applicable)
4. Refunds
- Refunds are processed after the returned product is received and inspected
- Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to reflect
5. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Customized or made-to-order products
- Items purchased during clearance or special sales (if specified)
6. Order Cancellation
- Orders can only be canceled before they are shipped
- Once shipped, cancellations are not allowed
